Submission Guidelines
Before you leave a confession.

Please do not send stories through the email waiting list. It accepts email addresses only. We will explain the submission process before accepting written confessions, audio, questions, or longer story proposals.
Your experience, without identifying others
Prepare an account of your own experience. Remove names, addresses, workplaces, exact dates, contact details, and other identifying clues. Do not send private messages, recordings of others, or material you do not have permission to share.
Consent comes before publication
A future submission process must state what is collected, who reviews it, what editing or voice treatment is proposed, and what permission is requested for use. Do not assume that sending a story guarantees selection or publication. Withdrawal boundaries must be explained before submission.
The boundaries
Future submissions are intended for adults 18 and over. Do not include sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, identifying accusations, or material that violates another person’s privacy. Read the Content Guidelines before preparing anything.
Take your time
You may decide not to share. This is not a monitored emergency or support service. Considering a confession creates no obligation to submit it.
